This
animation offers the possibility to virtually lift (by moving the
mouse) a load
of varying weight using the 2, 4 or 6 pulley system. The suspended
weight of
the pulleys may also be adjusted in the corresponding zone.
For each configuration, the application indicates the force reduction,
the results
of which may be directly read off the graded scale of the dynamometer
which
appears with a click. Each segment corresponds to 1 Newton. (The total
weight of
the load lifted is limited to the maximum capacity of the dynamometer,
i.e. 10 N). |
