From the Big Bang to the solar system

More than 5,000 years ago, men were already accurately following the regular movements of stars in the sky. The Greeks named them "planets", or wandering stars. Nowadays, astronomers have become astrophysicists. They analyse the composition, temperature, distance, movement and age of heavenly bodies, and use the information to determine what happened to the universe in the past.

Come
and visit our solar system. Journey around the infinite universe and its myriad galaxies. Use the tools of the astronomist, and become an astrophysicist.
