The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from an impossibility to use or access the data available on the server, or for any loss resulting therefrom, regardless of the origin of such damage or loss. The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from the interpretation and/or use of information available on the server.
II MENTION OF COPYRIGHT
The texts and graphic elements, their presentation and assembly on the site, all video and sound productions and, generally speaking, all documents available on the site, are the exclusive property of the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. They are intellectual works and, as such, are protected by worldwide copyright laws and international treaties. The name and logo of the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie are registered trademarks.
III - LICENCE
Accessing the site or one of its elements means acceptation of the terms and conditions of the licence granted by the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie under the conditions defined below.
Article 1
The following rights only shall be transferred under the terms and conditions of this licence:
- the private, individual, personal, non transmissible right to use the content of the site or one of its elements;
- the right to reproduce the content of the site or one of its elements for storage purposes, in view of its display on a single-screen computer, and to reproduce the content once, for backup purposes or to produce a print-out.
Article 2
It is expressly forbidden to represent and/or reproduce, even partially, the content of the site and/or one of its elements, in view of the following in particular:
- its commercial use,
- use of one of the elements of the site in a network IT environment,
- to copy the key words used in its pages to reference another site and thus enter into competition with the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie,
- to propose a link from an illicit site (of a racist, pornographic, or similar character) to that of the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie,
- to use links to present a page from the site within a context that does not belong to the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the insertion of an image owned by the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie in a page not owned by the latter.
- repeated, systematic extraction of elements from the site, even if they are not protected, which may be detrimental to the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie.
The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time.
The Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie reserves the right to modify or correct the content of the site at any time, without notice.
All rights not expressly transferred under the terms of this agreement are exclusively owned by the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie.
